Shipping Policy

SolarQuery is a service-connection platform. We do not sell, stock or ship physical products.

Policy draft · reviewed 7 October 2026

This draft reflects SolarQuery’s confirmed service-platform model. The registered operator’s full legal name and address, grievance-officer details, launch date and operating arrangements must be completed and reviewed before publication.

The practical version

  • There is no physical product shipping by SolarQuery.
  • Provider subscriptions relate to digital platform access.
  • A site visit is arranged with the independent provider; it is not a shipment.
  • Equipment or materials used by a contractor belong to the separate service agreement.

1. No product sales or shipping

SolarQuery connects customers with independent solar service providers. It does not operate a product catalogue, accept physical-product orders, hold stock, dispatch parcels or provide a delivery tracking service. Shipping charges, courier zones, customs handling and physical-product returns do not apply to the SolarQuery platform.

References to panels, batteries, inverters, pumps or charging systems describe the subject of a service enquiry. They are not an offer by SolarQuery to sell or deliver those items.

2. Subscription access is digital

A vendor subscription provides the platform access stated in the purchased plan. Before payment, the plan should explain when access begins, what is included and any verification or activation conditions. A payment confirmation by itself should not be represented as an installation booking or physical delivery receipt.

If subscription access is missing after the stated activation point, contact support with the transaction reference. The team should check payment status and entitlement. Refer to the Refund Policy for billing errors or failure to supply paid access.

3. Site visits and service scheduling

A service provider and customer arrange any survey, inspection, maintenance visit or installation directly. Ask who will attend, when the visit is planned, whether there is a visit charge and what site access is needed.

Submitting an enquiry does not book a date. SolarQuery does not promise an arrival time or a delivery window. If a visit must change, speak with the provider and confirm any fees or revised arrangements in writing.

4. Materials used in a service project

A contractor may supply or use equipment as part of the work you agree outside SolarQuery’s platform payment flow. That contractor must explain any associated supply, delivery, installation, warranty and return obligations. Those arrangements do not make SolarQuery the seller, shipper or importer.

Check the written project scope to understand responsibility for damaged or missing materials, storage on site and any warranty documentation. Your applicable legal rights remain available.

5. If you received a shipping request or message

If someone asks for a SolarQuery shipping fee or claims to dispatch an order you did not place, contact support@solarquery.com to verify the message before paying or sharing sensitive information. We do not charge customers a product shipping fee.

For a provider’s own materials or project schedule, contact that provider. For subscription-access problems, contact SolarQuery and include your business email and reference. Do not send payment credentials.

6. Future changes

If SolarQuery’s business model changes to include product sales or another delivery service, a new policy and corresponding checkout information will be needed before it is offered. This policy describes the confirmed service-only model; it does not announce a future product marketplace.
